Registration - Common Problems

For opening a new Metatrader Account (or Demo) you are transferred to AvaFx download center. Besides downloading the platform you can also use the Download Center to manage your account.

1.  After completing registration for a demo or real account, you are supposed to receive an e-mail that contains your Login No. and 
Password. If you haven’t received such e-mail, please, make sure that your mail server didn’t categorize it as spam.

2.  When opening a new / demo account it is extremely important to remember the Password you requested.

3.  After you complete the registration, you receive a login number.
 


4.  If after downloading is completed, a number 1000 appears in the login box, you should delete it and type in your login name. See No. 3.

5.  If after login in you don’t see any movement of the rates, please go over this list and see if you haven’t missed anything.

6.  If during registration for real account you have defined your account as a EUR / USD / JPY account, you have to make sure to choose this 
option every single time you log in.

7.  We apologize for the inconvenience but for now CFDs and commodities trade is not available today. You can trade Metals, Oil or Forex.

8.  If you open the Metatrader Terminal and your lower toolbar appears like the toolbar in the picture,

you have to maximize this window by clicking on the little square in the upper corner of the platform screen (see the picture).
